Manufacturing
Work Orders - provides state-of-the-art
capabilities for both make-to-order and make-to-stock environments.
Completely integrated with Order Processing, users can view raw
material availability, substitute component parts, even use an
online configurator to build assemblies on the fly.
Material
Requirements Planning (MRP) - analyzes the
existing on-hand position of an item, open purchase orders, open
manufacturing orders (including planned, stock, and custom orders),
open commitments (open customer orders, future orders, and standing
orders), the sales forecast, and then produces a balance.
Capacity
Requirements Planning (CRP) - helps to determine
your company’s ability to meet manufacturing demand. There are three
types of demand, soft, firm and planned, that affect the actual
production schedule.
Shop
Floor Control - allows you to electronically
collect shop data including labor, time and attendance, and material
usage. Take advantage of fixed station bar code and wireless radio
frequency data collection devices to improve overall efficiency.
Forecasting
- can be generated for an item, or groups of items, and are company,
plant, and year/month specific. The forecast can be set with a base
monthly figure and adjusted by a percentage or amount on a monthly
basis.
Master
Production Schedule - Totally integrated with Material
Requirements Planning, the Master Production Schedule (MPS) system
allows you to view the schedule on a daily, weekly, or monthly
basis. The MPS takes input from Manufacturing Orders, Forecasting,
Customer Orders, and Purchasing modules. On-line, you can change due
dates of orders, view the production schedule for the selected time
period, and even test the schedule for capacity constraints. Final
requirements are then automatically generated and passed on to
System 2000's purchasing and work order applications.
Customer
Service - powerful processing system that provides
complete drill-down access to customer and item information. At the
touch of a key users can access stock status information across all
locations, view substitutions, complementary items, sales history,
and use customer shopping lists for quick order entry.
Financial
Management - provide complete integration and give you
the information needed to tighten control over payables and
receivables, improve cash flow, and react to business cycles.
Inventory
Management - maintain your company's optimum inventory
levels, automate the purchasing process and dramatically improve
product fulfillment to your customers.
Purchasing - facilitates and
simplifies your purchase order procedures.
Warehouse
Management - enhance productivity, improve overall
warehouse efficiency and provide complete integration with bar code
and wireless radio frequency data collection devices.
Sales
Analysis - make smart decisions on real time access to
information, comprehensive sorting options for exception reporting,
and the ability to drill down or up through multiple levels of data.
E-Business
- provides Web-based order processing and customer service
capabilities for business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer
environments.
Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) - access to customer
account information, inventory availability, customer sales history,
order status, etc. SalesLinx can provide all of those capabilities
and much more. SalesLinx can automate the entire sales process from
lead generation to lead distribution
to customer management. |
